A dental office website that a new family can use in one sitting

A family just moved to town. The boxes are still in the hall. Tonight, after the kids are in bed, a mom sits down to find a dentist.
She has a short list of questions. Do you see kids? Do you take her plan? Who will she meet? Can she get a cleaning booked before school starts?
She will open three or four dental sites. The one that answers her fastest gets the visit.
The front desk that never closes
Your front desk is great. But it goes home at five. Your site is the front desk for everyone who looks at night, on a weekend, or on a phone in a parking lot.
The Dental starter is built for that job. Here is what it holds:
- Your services, in plain words. Cleanings, fillings, braces, whatever you do. Only what you do.
- Your team. A page for each dentist and hygienist, with the real names and facts you send us.
- A visit request form. A patient says why they want to come in. The form sends it to the inbox you name, so your team can get ready.
- A "something hurts" form. A patient can tell you what is going on. The form says plainly that it is not a diagnosis. You call them back.
- Smile photos, with permission. Before and after photos go up only when the patient has said yes, with the words they approve.
You can see one look it can have on our demo, Crestline Dental & Orthodontics. Crestline is a made-up office we run as a demo. Some things on the demo are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
What we set up with you
Booking a Launch means two hours of live building with one of our people. We set up and test each of these, if you want them:
- Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your visit types and hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Online payments. Payments go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A patient portal. Patients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring over the contacts you have now.
We also walk you through your own admin, so you know where each request lands. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve, like your hours or the plans you take.
You change it, not a web company
Things change at a dental office. A new hygienist starts. You add Saturday hours. You stop taking one plan and start taking another.
After Launch, you make those changes yourself. You tell your site what you want, in plain English, like a text message. You might type "add Saturday hours, eight to noon, to the contact page." Or "put a note on the home page that we now see kids under three." That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way.
We also teach you the visual editor. You click on a word or a photo and change it right on the page. It is best for small fixes.
One price, and the site is yours
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. If you want, we can host it for $19 a month instead.
You own the code. You can leave any time, with a full copy. Nothing is locked up with us.
