The questions homeowners ask before they hire an electrician, answered by your site

A couple just bought an electric car. Now they need a charger in the garage. They have never hired an electrician before, and they are a little nervous about it.
So they make a list of questions. Then they go looking for someone whose website answers them.
Here are the questions we hear most. And here is how the Electrical starter answers each one.
The questions they ask first
"Are you licensed?"
This is the first thing many homeowners check. The starter has a spot for the license numbers you actually hold. You send them, we put them up. We never make up a license, a credential or a job.
Your team page shows the real people who will come to the house, with the names you give us.
"Do you do this kind of job?"
The starter has pages for the work you name. Panel upgrades. Car chargers. Lighting. Old wiring. If you do it, it gets a page. If you do not, it stays off.
"Do you come to my area?"
There are pages for the towns and areas you cover. People can see at a glance if you work near them.
"What if something is wrong right now?"
Sparks, a burning smell, no power. The starter has a clear path for that. It tells people to stay safe first. Then a short form sends their request to the inbox you name, and your number is right there to tap.
Booking and paying
"Can I just book a time?"
Yes, if you want that. During your Launch, one of our people sets up online booking with you. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your job types and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
"How do I pay?"
Payments go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. You can send quotes, take deposits, or sell a yearly check-up plan if you offer one. We test it with one real payment.
Your customers can sign in to a portal with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes, invoices and files. And every form, booking and payment becomes a contact in one list. We bring over the contacts you already have.
See the starter
You can look at the Electrical starter on its starter page. It is filled in with a made-up company so you can see how it fits together. Some things shown there are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
Your question: "Who keeps it up to date?"
You do, and it is easier than you think. After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message.
You might type "add a page about whole-home surge protection." Or "add Luis to the team page as our new apprentice." That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us beside you. We also teach you the visual editor for small fixes, like a new photo of your van.
A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.
"What does it cost?"
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. It includes two hours of live building with one of our people, the tools you choose, and a walkthrough of your own admin.
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
