Rooms that look like your rooms
The Hotel & Boutique Inn starter is a full website made for a small place to stay. It starts with your rooms. Each one can have its own page, with your photos, the bed, the view and what is in the room. Only what you really have.
Around the rooms, the starter holds the rest of the stay:
- A stay request. A guest picks dates and says how many are coming. The request goes to the inbox you name, and you confirm it.
- Events and weddings. A form for people planning something bigger. They tell you what they have in mind. You get it in one email.
- A welcome and local guide. Where to eat, what to see, how to find you. In your words, from your own picks.
- Your story, and the real people who run the place.
You can see one look the starter can have on our demo, The Wren House. The Wren House is a made-up inn we run as a demo. Some things shown there, like the reservation calendar, are shown on the demo and are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.
The tools, set up with you
A Launch includes two hours of live building with one of our people. We set up and test each tool you want:
- Online booking, for things on a calendar. A tour of your event room. A call with a couple about their wedding. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, add your hours, and make one real test booking.
- Online payments. Deposits and event fees go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. We test it with one real payment.
- A guest portal. Guests sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes, invoices and files.
- One contact list. Every request, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in your past guests, too.
We also walk you through your own admin, so you can find every request without us.
Seasons change, so does your site
An inn has a rhythm. Summer rates. A quiet winter. A room closed for new floors. A wedding that takes the whole place for a weekend.
After Launch, you keep your site in step yourself. You tell it what you want, in plain English, like a text message. You might type "add our winter package with breakfast for two." Or "mark the garden room as closed until spring." That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us right beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor. Click a photo of a room and swap it for a better one. It is quick and safe for small changes.
A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve, like check-in time and parking.
Simple to own
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You can also pick our hosting for $19 a month, or get a domain through us at the registry price plus $8 a year.
You own the code. You can leave any time, with a full copy.
