A law firm website that takes consults, not just calls
Think about the last person who needed a lawyer late at night. They found your firm. They read a page or two. Then they had to wait until morning to call. Some of them never call.
A good law firm site lets that person take the next step right then. They can ask for a case review. They can book a time to talk. They can pay a consult fee if you charge one. And you wake up to a neat list, not a pile of voicemails.
That is what our Law Firm starter is for.
What the starter is
The Law Firm starter is a full website made for firms. It has pages for each kind of case you take. It has a page for each lawyer, with the real names and facts you give us. It has a case review form that sends each request to the inbox you name. It shows where you practice, and it says plainly that the site is not legal advice.
You can see one look it can have on our demo site, Whitfield & Associates. Whitfield is a made-up firm we run as a demo. Some things on the demo are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
The code is free. Anyone can clone the starter and run it. If you would rather have us set it up with you, that is a Launch.
What we set up with you on the call
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. You get two hours, live, with one of our people. If you want them, we set up and test each of these with you:
- Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your consult types and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Online payments. Fees go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A client portal. Clients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you have now.
A chat box for your site is there if you want it. It only answers from facts you approve. Leave it off if it does not suit your firm.
Change your site by typing
This is the big one. After Launch, you do not need a web person to make a change. You tell your site what you want, in plain English, like a text message.
Say you add a new kind of case. You type "add a page about dog bite cases." The page shows up. New lawyer on the team? Type "add our new lawyer to the team page," with their name and bio. That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor. It lets you click on words or a photo and change them where they sit. It is great for small fixes.
Your site, your account
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code, and you can take it with you any time.
We also walk you through your own admin, so you know where every request, booking and payment lands.
What we will not do
We do not make up lawyers, wins or quotes. Client words go up only with their permission. The site says what you tell us, and nothing more.
