Your med spa menu, booked from a phone on a lunch break

It is a quarter past twelve. A client sits in her car with a salad and her phone. She has thought about a facial for weeks. She has ten free minutes.

She opens your site. Can she see what you offer? Can she see who does it? Can she pick a time before her lunch is over?

If the answer is yes, she books. If she has to call and wait on hold, she might try again next week. Or she might not.

What does the Med Spa starter give me?

It gives you a full site made for a med spa. The parts are the ones your clients look for first:

• A treatment menu. Your treatments, sorted the way you like, with the prices you choose to show.
• Your providers. A page for each person, with the real names and training you send us. We never make anything up.
• A consult form. A client says what she is hoping for. The request goes to the inbox you name, so your staff can prepare.
• A gallery, with permission. Before and after photos go up only when the client has said yes, in writing, and only with the words they approve.

The site does not make health claims. It says what you do and who does it. The rest is a talk between you and your client.

Can clients book and pay online?

Yes, if you want that. During your Launch, we connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your treatment types and your hours. Then we make one real test booking with you.

Payments go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. You can take deposits, sell packages, or set up a membership if you offer one. We test it with one real payment.

Do you sell skin care? A small online store can fit, too. We list the products you send us. Orders are paid into the same account.

Where do my clients sign in?

In a client portal. Clients sign in with a code we email them. No password to forget. They see their bookings, invoices and files in one spot.

And every form, booking and payment lands in one contact list. We bring in the contacts you already have, so nothing starts from zero.

What if I want to change something later?

You tell your site, in plain English, like a text message. That is called vibe coding.

Say you add a new peel for the fall. You type "add our new fall peel to the facials menu." Maybe a provider joins your team. You type "add Maria to the providers page, with this photo." On the call, you make one real change this way, with one of our people beside you.

We also show you the visual editor. You click a word or a photo and change it where it sits. It is handy for small fixes.

What does it cost?

The starter code is free and open source. You can clone it for $0 and build it yourself.

A Launch is $2,500, paid once. It includes two hours of live building with one of our people. In that time we set up and test the tools you want, and walk you through your admin. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code. You can leave any time and take a full copy.
