A mortgage website that meets buyers at the kitchen table

It is late on a weeknight. A young couple sits at the kitchen table with a laptop and two cups of tea. They found a house they like. Now they have a hundred questions, and they feel a little silly asking any of them.
They land on your site. What they need right then is not a sales pitch. They need plain words about how a home loan works with you, the names of the people who will help, and an easy way to set up a talk. If they get that, they can close the laptop and sleep.
Our Mortgage starter is built for that moment.
What is in the starter?
The Mortgage starter is a full website made for loan offices and brokers. It has a page for each kind of loan you offer, in your words. It has a page for each loan officer, with the real names and facts you send us. It has a contact form that sends each question to the inbox you name. And it carries the notices your kind of business needs.
The site does not give financial advice, and it does not quote numbers you did not give it. It says what you tell it to say.
You can see one look it can have on Apex Home Lending. Apex is a made-up lender we run as a demo. It shows tools like a payment calculator and a long application form. Those are shown on the demo. They are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.
The starter code itself is free. Anyone can clone it for $0.
What do we set up with you?
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. It is two hours, live, with one of our people. We set up and test each of these with you, if you want it:
- Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your meeting types, like a first talk or a document review, and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Online payments. If you take any fee online, it goes into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A client portal. Borrowers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings and the files you share with them.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring over the contacts you have now.
A chat box is there if you want it. It only answers from facts you approve. If it does not suit your office, leave it off.
How do I change it later?
You tell it what you want. In plain English, like a text message.
Say your office adds a new loan officer. You type "add Maria to the team page," and paste in her bio. Say you close early for a holiday. You type "add our holiday hours to the contact page." The change shows up, and you look it over before it goes live. That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change like this with us beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor, for small fixes. Click on a line or a photo, and change it where it sits.
Who owns it?
You do. The site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. Our hosting is there for $19 a month if you would rather we keep it. You can leave any time with a full copy of the code.
Before we finish, we walk you through your own admin. You will see where each question and booking lands. Your logo, your colors and your real contact details are all in place, and the site works on a phone.
Client words go up only with their permission. We never make up reviews, loan stories or numbers.
