A plastic surgery website built on honesty and a quiet first step

Some people think about a procedure for years before they reach out. They read late at night. They close the tab when someone walks in. They want to ask a question, but not out loud, and not yet.
When that person finally lands on your site, the first step needs to feel quiet and safe. No pressure. No big promises. Just a clear page, a real surgeon and an easy way to start.
That is the idea behind the Plastic Surgery starter.
Honest pages come first
The starter is a full site for a surgery practice. Each procedure you perform can have its own page, in plain words. The pages describe what you do. They do not promise what a patient will look like.
It also has:
- A page for you and your team, with the real names and training you send us. We never make anything up.
- A private consult form. A patient writes what they want to talk about. The form says plainly that it is not a diagnosis or a decision. Each request goes to the inbox you name.
- A gallery, only with permission. Before and after photos go up only when the patient has said yes, with the words they approve.
You can see one look the starter can have on our demo, Sculpt by Dr. Renata Cole. Dr. Cole and her practice are made up. We run the site as a demo. Some things on it, like the cost tool and the quiz, are shown on the demo and are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.
From first question to first visit
A first question is just the start. Then come the consult, the forms, the deposit and the follow-up. A Launch sets up the tools that carry a patient through those steps, if you want them. We set up and test each one with you on the call:
- Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your consult types and hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Online payments. Consult fees and deposits go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A patient portal. Patients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files in one private spot.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring over the contacts you already have.
Your words, changed when you want
Practices change. You add a new procedure. A nurse joins. You move to a new office.
After Launch, you do not wait on a web company. You tell your site what you want, in plain English, like a text message. You might type "add a page about our new eyelid procedure, using these notes." Or "change our address on every page to the new office." That is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with one of our people beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor. You click a word or a photo and fix it right where it sits.
A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve. It never gives medical advice.
The plain facts about price
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. It includes two hours of live building with one of our people. We also walk you through your own admin, so you know where every request and payment lands.
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code. You can leave any time with a full copy.
