Water on the floor at six in the morning: a plumbing site built for that call

WeVibeSitesUpdated
WeVibeSites.com cover for the Plumbing starter: a wrench beside the post title.

It is six in the morning. A woman steps into her kitchen and her socks get wet. There is water under the sink, and it is spreading.

She does not want to read a long page. She wants to know two things. Can you come? And what should she do until you get there?

Your website has about as long as it takes her to find a towel.

What she sees on a Plumber starter site

The Plumber starter is a full website for a plumbing company. It is built around that first panicked visit, and the calm ones that come after.

Up top, there is a clear way to ask for help. She says what is going on and where she is. The request goes straight to the inbox you name. Your phone number is right there too, big and easy to tap.

Then there are the pages that build trust:

  • Your services, in plain words. Drains, water heaters, leaks, whatever you do.
  • Where you work, so people know you come to their street.
  • Your crew, with the real names you give us. We never make up people or jobs.
  • Job stories, only if you send them and the homeowner says yes.

You can see one look the starter can have on our demo, Vitale Plumbing & Mechanical. Vitale is a made-up company we run as a demo. It shows extras, like a risk quiz and shutoff guides. Those are shown on the demo and are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.

What changes for you

Now think about your side of that morning.

Before, the call came in while you were under another sink. You missed it. You called back later, and she had already found someone else.

With a Launch, you can set up a few tools that keep up with you. We set up and test each one on the call, if you want it:

  • Online booking. For jobs that can wait, like a water heater swap. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, add your job types and hours, and make one real test booking.
  • Quotes and payments. Send a quote, then take payment into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
  • A customer portal. Homeowners sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes, invoices and files.
  • One contact list. Every request, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you already have.

If you sell a yearly plan, people can sign up and pay for it on the site, too.

You change it from the truck

Most plumbers do not have time to learn a website tool. Good news: you do not need one.

After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message. You might type "add a note that we now fix tankless water heaters." Or "change our Saturday hours to seven to one." That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with one of our people beside you.

We also show you the visual editor, for small fixes. Click a word, change it, done.

The cost, in one line

A Launch is $2,500, paid once, with two hours of live building. We also walk you through your own admin, so you can find every request without us.

The starter code itself is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code. You can leave any time with a full copy.
