A real estate website that keeps working after the open house

WeVibeSitesUpdated
WeVibeSites.com cover for the Real estate starter: an apartment building beside the post title.

Sunday afternoon, the open house is busy. A couple walks the backyard twice. A neighbor stops in just to look. A young man asks smart questions about the school down the street, then takes your card and leaves.

By Monday, the card is in a jacket pocket. If he looks you up, what does he find? A page from your brokerage with a stock photo? Or a site that feels like you, shows the homes you have listed, and lets him book a time to see the next one?

Agents meet people all day. The website is where those people decide to come back.

Start with you, then the homes

Our Real Estate starter is a full website made for agents and small teams. It starts with who you are. There is a page for you and each person on your team, with the real names and bios you give us. Then come your listings and the neighborhoods you know, in your own words.

The site sticks to what you publish. It never makes up a sold price or a market number. Any home value tool shows how it gets its answer. Your listings and reports say when they were last updated.

Every form sends to the inbox you name. Your logo and colors are on every page. And it all works on a phone, since that is where buyers scroll listings at night.

You can see one look it can have on The Calloway Group. It is a made-up team we run as a demo. It shows tools like an offer builder, buyer and seller dashboards, market reports and open house sign-ups. Those are shown on the demo. They are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.

The Launch, step by step

The starter code is free. Anyone can clone it for $0. A Launch is when we set it up with you. It costs $2,500, paid once, and you get two hours, live, with one of our people.

Here is what we can set up and test with you on that call. You choose:

  • Online booking for showings and listing talks. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, add your meeting types and your hours, and make one real test booking.
  • A client portal. Buyers and sellers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings and the files you share, like a disclosure or a checklist.
  • One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact, so the man from Sunday does not get lost. We bring in the contacts you already have.
  • Online payments, if you take any fee online. Money goes into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold it.

A chat box is there too, if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.

The market changes. So can your site.

New listing on Thursday? Price change on Friday? You should not wait on anyone to update your site.

After Launch, you tell it what you want, in plain English, like a text message. Type "add the Maple Street house to listings, with these photos." Type "mark the Elm Street house as under contract." You look it over, and it goes live. That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change like this while we sit beside you.

We also show you the visual editor. Click on a price or a photo, and change it right where it sits.

Your site, even if you switch brokerages

This part matters to agents. Your site runs in your own Replit account, not your brokerage's. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use, or we can host it for $19 a month. You own the code. If you ever move, the site moves with you.

Before we finish, we walk you through your own admin. Client words go up only with their permission, in their own words.
