Your site runs in your own account at Replit, a web host. Replit bills you about $20 US a month.We charge you $0 a month. Fees from other companies, like card fees, are yours.
We keep a copy of the list you agree to (version 2026-10-23.1) with your order.

Online booking, set up and tested with you
If you want it: on the call we connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, enter your appointment types and hours, and make one real test booking. Reminders, links to change a booking, a waitlist, and an intake form or signed waiver come in the same software.
Online payments, set up and tested with you
If you want it: we connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square account. We never hold your money. We set up the invoices, deposits, or packages you need and make one real test payment. If your account is not approved by the end of the session, we finish connecting it afterwards at no extra charge. Quotes, signed agreements, payment plans, and memberships come in the same software. You can take payments offline without an account.
Client portal, set up and tested with you
If you want it: your clients sign in to their own accounts with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes, and files. We put your brand on it and test it with one sign-in.
Contact list and pipeline, set up and tested with you
If you want it: every form, booking, and payment becomes a contact. We set up the steps your deals move through (your pipeline) and bring in the contacts you already have. Tested on the call.
Online store, set up and tested with you
If you want it: we list your products. Orders are paid into your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square account, the same one as your payments. We test it with one real order.

A written checklist for your Launch
An AI checks each item. It can only mark an item passed, failed, or waiting on you. Your operator, a person, finishes your Launch only when every item has passed, was set aside because you could not send what it needed, or is a tool you told us you do not want.
Your legal business name and tagline on the site
Your real name. Never the made-up demo business.
Your services, as you sent them
The list matches what you told us. Until you send it, this item waits on you.
Your people, with the real names you gave us
We never make up credentials, life stories, or results.
Your contact details, correct and live
Phone, email, address, and hours match what you told us, on your live site.
A contact or request form that works
Each message reaches us or the inbox you name.
The notices your kind of business needs
Each business gets the notices that fit it. A law firm, for example, shows where it practices and says the site is not legal advice.
Reviews and results only with permission
Client reviews and results go up only with the words and the permission you give us.
Your logo and colors
Taken from what you send us. If you send none, we use a simple stand-in and write down what we used.
Works on a phone
Your home page, contact page, and form must work on a phone.
Live in your own Replit account, or on our hosting if you choose it
The demo banner is gone from your live site. Running on Replit costs you $0 a month from us.
A full copy of your code, and you own it
You get a download of the code and its git link. You can leave whenever you like. Before we call it done, you can sign in to Replit, or our hosting, yourself.
A digital twin: an AI that answers as you or your business
We train it only on facts you gave us. It runs on an AI service we run. Launch does not open an account for you on that service.
A chat box visitors can talk to
It answers only from facts you approved for your site. It runs on our current chat system.
Two hours of live building with your operator
One of our people builds with you, live. The demo designs are only examples: together you can make a whole new design. More time is sold by the hour. Moving your WordPress site is done apart from these two hours.
Forms, with each message sent to your email
The forms you need, with spam blocking. Every message is saved as a contact. It is sent to the inbox you name once your mailbox is connected.
A walkthrough of your own admin
Your operator shows you where everything is, so you can find it without us.
A lesson in changing your site in plain English
Run your site yourself: you change it by telling it what you want in plain English. On the call, you make one real change this way, with your operator beside you.
A lesson in the visual editor
You learn to change words, pictures, and layout yourself by editing the page where it is. Small design changes are quickest and safest done by hand there.
AI, automatic tasks, reports, and admin tools
A to-do list, one inbox for your messages, visitor numbers, automatic tasks, and a way to connect your own AI assistant. AI that writes or builds for you runs on your own AI key.
Your old site moved over, connections to other services, and languages
We bring over your current site’s pages and your contact list. English, French, and Spanish are built in. Each connection to another company’s service (integrations) is switched on when you give us access to your account there.
Your WordPress site moved over in full
If you have a WordPress site, we move all of it, with nothing left out. Everything that comes from your WordPress site is included in your Launch: every page and blog post, your pictures, videos, and files, your forms, your page titles and descriptions for search engines, your online store (products, orders, and customers), and your member and user accounts. What your plugins do is built into your new site, at no extra charge. Each old web address sends people and search engines to its new page, so links and search results keep working. You give us access to your WordPress site so we can copy it. Your operator does this work for you, on top of your two hours of live building, so it does not use up those hours. We test it with you on the call. If you have no WordPress site, we write this item down as not wanted.
Costs extra, priced before we start (2)
Design or set-up beyond the two included hours
Anything new you want built that does not fit in the two hours is done in more live time, sold by the hour. Moving your WordPress site is not counted in those hours.
New features our software does not have
A new feature our software does not have yet is new work. We name it and tell you the price before any work starts. This is only for new things: rebuilding what your WordPress site and its plugins already do is included in your Launch.

Demo features that are not on this list
If a demo site shows or names something our software does not do, it is not included unless your written order says so.
Other companies’ accounts and monthly fees
Your web address, hosting, card fees, email, text messages, AI use, stock photos, licenses, and other companies’ charges are yours to pay unless we say otherwise.
Legal, regulator, security, or accessibility sign-off
Launch does not include legal advice, a regulator’s approval of how you work, break-in testing of your security, or an official certificate that your site meets a standard.
Writing, photos, data entry, and ongoing upkeep
Writing your words, translating, taking photos, typing in long product lists (except the ones on your WordPress site, which we bring over for you), raising your place in search results, upkeep, and monthly support each need their own written agreement.
Talking avatar: not ready yet
It is not part of a Launch today.
Our separate marketing tools, like ad tracking
Launch does not connect them. You can choose to add them later.
Hosting on our network
Your site runs in your own Replit account by default, at $0 a month to us. Hosting on our network instead is an extra $19 USD a month, only if you want it.
Your site uses your own brand.
Not included unless we agree in writing: buying your web address, or outside connections beyond your Launch list.
