How the studio works

A faster way to ship a great website.

Vibe coding uses AI to build software far faster than traditional development. You describe what you need. The code appears in real time. WeVibeSites is the studio that does it on screen — with you watching.

Definition

The short version

Three years ago, only developers could build software. Now, with the right AI tools and someone who knows how to use them, a complex website can go from brief to live in an afternoon.

That’s vibe coding. Not magic. Not shortcuts. A fundamentally faster way to turn a good idea into working software.

AI handles the syntax and scaffolding that used to eat hours. A skilled operator guides it — direction, judgment, taste. The AI is the instrument. The operator is the musician.

WeVibeSites is the studio. You’re in the room.

Difference

Not just fast. Built in the open.

Many agencies use AI quietly behind the scenes. They take your brief, disappear for weeks, and surface with a draft that almost fits.

Every WeVibeSites session is live — screen-shared or in-person. You watch every decision. You redirect in real time. No revision cycles, no surprise invoices. Then you take the handoff.

01

You're in the room

Not a passive client. You guide the session. Every design choice, every feature decision — you see it as it happens and can redirect before it's locked in.

02

You own the code

Replit handoff for most builds. GitHub + DigitalOcean when you want the technical stack. No vendor lock-in, no monthly platform fee to keep your own site online.

03

You understand it when we're done

Because you watched it get built, you understand the architecture. You're not dependent on the studio for every future change — though the desk stays open when you need it.

Output

What a vibe session actually produces

A session produces the work named in its accepted scope. A visual demo, live editing, or generated code does not prove production readiness; the result still needs the agreed validation, security, accessibility, and deployment checks.

Included in the base build

Included
  • Fixed AI-approved Launch checklist

Grok may only mark pass, fail, or needs_customer. The appointed Viber closes Launch when every row is pass or a waived needs_customer.

  • Legal name and tagline on the site

The customer’s real identity. New Vibe City fiction is forbidden.

  • Practice areas or services they sent

The list matches intake, or the row stays needs_customer until they send it.

  • Real names they provided

No invented credentials, biographies, or outcomes.

  • Live contact facts matching intake

Phone, email, address, and hours on the customer host.

  • Working evaluation or contact form

Submissions notify WeVibe or the inbox they named.

  • Required disclaimers present

Jurisdiction and not-legal-advice language for law, or the equivalent for other editions.

  • Results stay hidden without consent

Testimonials and case results publish only with copy and consent they supplied.

  • Logo and brand colors

Applied from what they sent, or a documented fallback.

  • Mobile pass on home, contact, and the form

Those three surfaces must work on a phone.

  • Their Replit (default) or Network URL live

DEMO bar removed on the customer host. Replit sit is $0/mo to us.

  • Export zip and git URL delivered

They own the repo and can leave. Login to Replit or Network is part of done.

  • Personal or business digital twin

WeVibe trains the twin on facts they supplied. House Paradise Brain. Launch does not create a customer Paradise account.

  • Talking avatar they consented

Portrait and consent they supplied. Paradise house avatar APIs. Not IdentitySites.

  • Site chatbot visitors can talk to

Answers from approved site facts only. Not the retired /api/chatbot surface.

Needs written scope

Quoted separately
  • Forms, lead capture, and email routing

Fields, consent, spam controls, storage, recipients, and delivery providers must be specified and tested.

  • Booking, scheduling, calculators, and live data

Provider choice, credentials, business rules, availability, data source, and failure behavior require separate scope.

  • Payments, checkout, ordering, subscriptions, and loyalty

Catalog, tax, fulfillment, refunds, payment-provider ownership, and compliance requirements require separate scope.

  • Accounts, portals, memberships, and private files

Identity, permissions, recovery, privacy, retention, and operational support require separate scope.

  • AI, automation, dashboards, and admin tools

Model/provider behavior, data handling, review controls, usage costs, permissions, and support require separate scope.

  • Third-party integrations, migration, and localization

Each provider, dataset, language, locale, and migration source must be named, accessible, and accepted separately.

Not included by default

Excluded
  • Unlisted demo functionality

A capability shown or named in a concept demo is excluded unless the written order scope explicitly includes it.

  • Third-party accounts and recurring fees

Domains, hosting, payment fees, email, booking, AI, stock media, licenses, and other provider charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

  • Legal, regulatory, security, or accessibility certification

The base package does not include legal advice, regulated-workflow approval, penetration testing, or formal conformance certification.

  • Content production, data entry, and ongoing operations

Copywriting, translation, photography, bulk catalog entry, SEO ranking, maintenance, and support retainers require separate scope.

  • One live session of unspecified pages

Launch is the fixed checklist, not an open-ended studio booking.

  • Paradise toolset, pixel, Shield, or CAPI

Launch does not attach Paradise. Attach is a later opt-in.

  • WeVibe Network hosting

Default sit is their Replit at $0/mo. Network is an optional $12/mo add-on.

Customer branding is the visual direction.

Domain registration, provider accounts, DNS access, and third-party integrations are not included unless separately written into scope.
