Three kinds of HVAC customers, and a website ready for each

The first cold night of the year, the furnace in a house across town clicks on and then quits. The owner stands in the hall in socks. He grabs his phone and searches for help.
On a mild day in spring, a retired couple remembers they meant to get the AC checked. No rush. They just want to pick a day.
And in between, a young family that just bought a house wants to know if you offer a yearly plan.
Three different people. Three different moods. One website has to work for all of them.
The one with no heat
This person wants one thing: a fast, plain path to help. The HVAC starter puts it up front. A service request form asks what is wrong and where they are. Each request goes to the inbox you name, so your team sees it.
The starter also has pages for the towns and areas you cover. That way people know before they ask whether you come to them.
The one who wants to plan ahead
The tune-up couple wants to book, not call. If you want online booking, we set it up with you. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your visit types, like a furnace tune-up or an AC check, and the hours you keep. Then we make one real test booking together.
After they book, they can sign in to a client portal with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes and invoices in one place. No password to lose.
The one who wants a plan
Lots of HVAC shops sell maintenance plans. If you do, the site can show your plans and let people pay for one. Payments go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. We test it with one real payment.
Every form, booking and payment lands in one contact list. We bring over the contacts you have now. So when fall comes, you know who is on a plan and who is not.
Want to see it first? You can see one way the starter can look on our demo, Polaris Heating & Cooling. Polaris is a made-up company we run as a demo. The demo shows extra tools, like a repair or replace helper and a rebate finder. Those are shown on the demo and are not part of a Launch unless they are on your Launch list.
You run it after we leave
Heating season and cooling season need different words on your site. With most sites, that means calling a web person twice a year.
Not here. You change the site by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message. In October you might type "put furnace tune-ups at the top of the home page." In May you type "swap that for AC checks." That way of building is called vibe coding. On your Launch call, you make one real change this way, with one of our people next to you.
We also teach you the visual editor. You click a word or a photo and change it where it sits. Good for a new truck photo or a fresh price.
What a Launch costs
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can clone it for $0.
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. That buys two hours of live building with one of our people. We set up the tools you choose from the list above, test each one, and walk you through your own admin. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve, like your hours and the areas you serve.
The site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. Or you can pick our hosting at $19 a month. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
