Polaris Heating & Cooling: an HVAC demo that leads with an honest question

It is the first cold night of fall. The furnace clicks on, then makes a sound it has never made before. The homeowner stands in the hall and thinks one thing: how bad is this going to be?
That worried person is who our HVAC demo is built for.
A made-up company
Polaris Heating & Cooling is a made-up business. We run it as a demo at newvibecityhvac.com. The owner, the techs, the trucks and the happy customer quote on the page are all made up. So are the plan prices.
We built it to show one look an HVAC site could have. A lot of the tools on it are not part of a Launch. When we name one below, it is shown on the demo and not included unless it is on your Launch list.
What a homeowner sees
The top of the page has a strip for emergency service, a phone number, and a button to book a service call.
Then comes the line the whole site is built around: "We'll tell you when NOT to replace your system." It is a promise to be straight with people. It answers the fear of the person in the hallway before they even ask.
Right under it is a big button that asks, "Is My System About to Fail?" It leads to a short check with a gauge that runs from stable to near failure. That check is shown on the demo. It is not included unless it is on your Launch list.
Further down you will find:
- A short case for fixing instead of replacing, when fixing makes sense.
- A note about booking a fall tune-up before the busy season.
- The trades next door, like the electrician and plumber, so a customer knows who to call for the rest of the job.
- Maintenance plans, side by side.
- A list of the neighborhoods the company works in.
The repair-or-replace tool, the plan sign-up, the rebate finder and the dispatch panel are all shown on the demo. They are not included unless they are on your Launch list.
How it was built
We built Polaris by vibe coding. We told the site what we wanted, in plain English, and an AI tool wrote the change. Then a person checked it.
After your Launch, you change your site the same way. HVAC is a seasonal trade, so your site should change with the weather. You might type:
- "Put a banner at the top: booking fall furnace tune-ups now."
- "Add the north side of town to our service area page."
- "Change our Saturday hours to end at noon."
You make one real change like this on the call, with us beside you.
What a real HVAC company gets
A Launch is $2,500, paid once. You get two hours of live building with one of our people. If you want them, we set up and test:
- Online booking. Your Google or Microsoft calendar, linked. Your service call types and hours. One real test booking.
- Online payments. Customers pay into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A client portal. Customers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes, invoices and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. Your old contacts come along.
Your site uses your real company name, your techs, your service area, your logo and your colors. It works on a phone, which matters when someone is standing next to a cold furnace. Customer words go up only with their permission.
The site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month, and your host bills about $20 US a month for use. You own the code and can take it with you.
